* Notification of cancellation must be submitted to ISSCR headquarters in writing.  A $150 cancellation fee will apply to cancellations received by May 4, 2012.  No refunds will be given for cancellations received after May 4, 2012.

Invitation Letters

Invitation letters will be available only to individuals who have registered for and paid to attend the conference. At the end of the online meeting registration process you will have the opportunity to request and receive the invitation letter immediately. You can also follow a link in your e-mailed confirmation to fill out and receive the invitation letter.

Meeting Location – Where is Yokohama?

The PACIFICO YOKOHAMA Conference Center will host this year’s ISSCR Annual Meeting. Yokohama is just 18 miles (29 kilometers) south of Tokyo. It is now Japan’s second largest city with a population of almost 3.6 million people. It is the nation’s largest international port, supporting a vast international community. Yokohama is serviced by two major airports: Haneda and Narita airports.
