Whether you're selling existing products or services, promoting your organization or introducing new products, exhibiting at the ISSCR Annual Meeting allows you to meet face-to-face with the experts in the field.

Pricing and the floor plan will soon be available. You can reserve your exhibit space today – complete the Support and Exhibit Contract and return it with a $1,000 USD deposit per booth space.

Each booth rental includes:

• 2.5m-high lacquered aluminum structure
  
• Beech-colored melamine panel
  
• Curved white PVC fascia board
  
• 10cm-high black lettering
  
• Lighting with 100w spotlights
  
• Electrical switchboard with 200w. socket
  
• General security guard service
  
• General cleaning of aisles and exhibit hall floor, excluding individual booths

Note: Exhibitors are responsible for all freight, drayage, decorating and labor charges.

Exhibit Space Assignment Policy
Reserve your exhibit space with $1,000 USD deposit per booth space. Booths will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. The ISSCR reserves the right to determine final exhibit space assignments and to accept or reject any exhibits. Complete the ISSCR Support and Exhibit Contract and note your booth location preference.

Exhibit Cancellation Policy
The ISSCR must receive written notice of exhibit space cancellation or booth reduction. Exhibitors who notify the ISSCR by Thursday, March 12, 2009, may be eligible to receive 50 percent refund of the payment received. The ISSCR will not issue refunds after Thursday, March 12, 2009.
