Each booth rental includes:
- 2.5m-high lacquered aluminum structure
- Beech-colored melamine panel
- Curved white PVC fascia board
- 10cm-high black lettering
- Lighting with 100w spotlights on a 50w/m2 base
- 1.1Kw electrical switchboard with 200w power included
(daily electrical usage charges will apply)
- Carpeted surface in light gray
- General security guard service
- General cleaning of aisles and exhibit hall floor, excluding
individual booths

Note: Exhibitors are responsible for all freight, drayage, decorating and labor charges.
Lead Retrieval
Exhibitors have the opportunity to rent lead retrieval service enabling you
to scan attendees’ badges and print out leads directly from your booth.
Details will be provided in exhibitor service kits.
Exhibit Space
Assignment Policy
Space will be assigned only with full payment. The ISSCR reserves the
right to determine final exhibit space assignments and to accept or reject
any exhibits. Complete the enclosed ISSCR Support and Exhibit Contract
and note your booth location preference. View the floor plan.
Exhibit Cancellation Policy
The ISSCR must receive written notice of exhibit space cancellation or
booth reduction. Exhibitors who notify the ISSCR by Thursday, March
12, 2009, may be eligible to receive 50 percent refund of the payment
received. The ISSCR will not issue refunds after Thursday, March 12, 2009.

Exhibit Hall Booth
Support and Exhibit Policies — What You Need to Know
- Opportunities will be determined on a first-come, first-served basis.
- The ISSCR reserves the right to review and approve materials before providing mailing labels.
- Complimentary meeting registration must be used by supporter’s employees per CME guidelines.
- Support of events does not include the opportunity to address the audience or introduce the speaker from the
podium per CME guidelines.
- Organizations are instructed to inform the ISSCR of any meetings or events they are holding to which ISSCR attendees are
invited. Affiliated functions may not occur during the official ISSCR educational sessions and activities. Any affiliated
function that delegates are invited to attend must be scheduled before or after official meeting hours and must not conflict
with any ISSCR social events.
- All support agreements must be made on the ISSCR Support and Exhibit Contract and submitted with full payment to
ISSCR Headquarters.
- The ISSCR reserves the right to develop and introduce new support opportunities at any time.
- No exhibitor shall sublet, assign or share any part of the space allocated.
