Each booth rental includes:
- Draped back wall and side rails

Exhibit Space
Assignment Policy
Space will be assigned only with full payment.
ISSCR reserves the right to determine final
exhibit space assignments and to accept or
reject any exhibits. Complete the enclosed
ISSCR Support and Exhibit Contract and note
your booth location preference. View the floor
plan.
Exhibit Cancellation Policy
ISSCR must receive written notice of exhibit
space cancellation or booth reduction.
Exhibitors who notify ISSCR by Wednesday,
March 12, 2008, may be eligible to receive
50 percent refund of the payment received.
ISSCR will not issue refunds after Wednesday,
March 12, 2008.
Note: The exhibit hall is not carpeted.
Exhibitors are required to carpet their
contracted space. Exhibitors are responsible
for all freight, drayage, decorating and
labor charges.
