ISSCR is once again offering advertisement opportunities in the Second Announcement Brochure. The brochure is mailed to over 8,000 people and will also be posted to the ISSCR Annual Meeting Web site. For additional details, download the contract now.

Reserve your ad space today for exceptional visibility at the ISSCR 8th Annual Meeting. The Final Programs are guaranteed to be used by every attendee, distributed with the registration bag and have an extended shelf life beyond the conference. Advertising rates range from $1,500 USD to $6,000 USD.

2010 Commercial Tutorial Program –
$2,800 USD per 30-minute Session

Commercial Tutorials allow your company to host a 30-minute presentation to introduce new products, give in-depth technical demonstrations and present technical updates. Tutorials will be held during the lunch breaks. We encourage participants to offer lunch and/or refreshments during this time to enhance attendance.

Note: your company must have a confirmed exhibit space in order to participate in the commercial tutorial program.

Tutorial benefits:

• Signage provided outside meeting room
• Audio-Visual equipment and labor for the duration of your Commercial Tutorial (room set-up charges will be the responsibility of the participant)
• Listing in Annual Meeting Final Program to include speaker information and program content
• Complimentary one-time use of the pre-meeting attendee mailing labels
• Recognition on the ISSCR Annual Meeting Web site
• Promotional e-mail marketing provided by ISSCR to pre-registered attendees

Due to high demand and a limited number of available commercial tutorial slots, the following limits are in place:

Note: no company will be allowed more than four commercial tutorial slots in total and slots will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Registration Bag Inserts – $2,500 USD per piece

Put your message in the hands of every attendee–make an announcement or promote your organization. Your piece will be inserted into the bag distributed to every attendee at registration. We are limited to the number of inserts we can accept so take advantage of this opportunity now. The ISSCR reserves the right to review and approve all materials to be included in the registration bag. You will be responsible for supplying and sending materials to San Francisco including any and all shipping, handling and customs costs. Please note that because all materials must be sent to a warehouse (details provided closer to the meeting), additional handling charges will apply.

Note: Materials cannot exceed 9” x 12” in size or 12 pages in length.

Take One Table or Publication Depot – $1,000 USD per Publication or Item

Unable to attend the ISSCR 8th Annual Meeting in person? Your organization and/or publication can still be represented. A Take One Table and a Publication Depot will be available at the ISSCR 8th Annual Meeting to make printed materials, journals, periodicals, CDs or DVDs accessible to the stem cell community. Both will be placed in a centrally located area and will be accessible throughout the meeting. Materials will be refreshed daily or as needed. The ISSCR reserves the right to accept or reject any materials. You will be responsible for supplying and sending materials to San Francisco including any and all shipping, handling and customs costs.
