Participation in the 6th ISSCR Annual Meeting is limited to registered delegates.

Full meeting registration includes admission to all educational sessions, exhibits, poster sessions, group meal functions and social events as well as meeting materials, including the final program and proceedings. Your pre-registration ensures that you will receive a complete set of printed meeting materials.

Reduced Fees for Associate Members
ISSCR associate members may attend the 6th Annual Meeting at reduced registration fees. Associate members are graduate students through post-doctoral fellows.

Confirmation Letters
ISSCR’s Web-based registration system acknowledges online registrations immediately via e-mail. You will receive a confirmation/receipt to the e-mail address provided on the registration form shortly after your registration is complete.

ISSCR will confirm registrations received by fax and mail within 14 days of receipt via e-mail. Note: ISSCR is unable to confirm registration earlier than two weeks after the submission date if you do not provide an e-mail address. If you do not receive confirmation after two weeks, call or e-mail Natalie Daverman at
ndaverman@isscr.org or call 847-509-1944.

Payment Instructions
Registrations must include payment by credit card, check (drawn on a U.S. bank) or bank transfer of funds in USD only. Wire transfers within North America will incur a $30 fee and wire transfers outside of North America will incur a $45 fee. ISSCR cannot accept registrations by telephone. ISSCR will not accept registrations without full payment. Caution: If you submit your registration form more than once, it may result in a duplicate charge to your credit card. Send your registration using only one method of payment.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel your registration, you must submit notice in writing to ISSCR headquarters by May 20, 2008. ISSCR will charge a $100 USD cancellation fee for written cancellations that arrive at ISSCR headquarters by May 20. ISSCR will not issue refunds for cancellations received after May 20. Delegates may make
substitutions at any time. Substitutions must be in writing and must be of the same membership status.
