General Meeting Support $2,500 USD - $7,499 USD
Government agencies, foundations, laboratories, universities, companies, corporations and others with an interest in supporting stem cell research may provide an unrestricted donation to support the ISSCR 8th Annual Meeting. These contributions cover expenses not related to a specific event or item at the meeting.

Custom Support Programs
The ISSCR will work with you to develop a support program tailored to meet your interests or special needs.

All Support Levels Receive:

• Complimentary meeting registration(s), based on the level of support
• Recognition and link on the ISSCR Web site and recognition in The Pulse e-newsletter
• Recognition in the Annual Meeting Final Program
• Appropriate signage
• Unique options for marketing to a specific target demographic
• Additional opportunities for ISSCR-supported publicity based on the level of support
• One invitation to President's Reception per $15,000 USD of support

Note: those companies that contribute more than $50,000 USD towards a combination of booth space, poster book advertising, support, registration bag inserts and/or take-one table will receive a complimentary commercial tutorial slot (space permitting at the time of contract). This benefit is not exchangeable with other benefits.

Support and Exhibit Policies — What You Need to Know

• Opportunities will be determined on a first-come, first-served basis.
• The ISSCR reserves the right to review and approve materials before providing mailing labels.
• Complimentary meeting registration must be used by the supporting company's employees.
• Support of events does not include the opportunity to address the audience or introduce the speaker from the podium.
• Organizations are instructed to inform the ISSCR of any meetings or events they are holding to which ISSCR attendees are invited. Affiliated functions may not occur during the official ISSCR educational sessions and activities. Any affiliated function that delegates are invited to attend must be scheduled before or after official meeting hours and must not conflict with any ISSCR social events.
• All support agreements must be made on the ISSCR Support and Exhibit Contract and submitted with full payment to ISSCR Headquarters.
• The ISSCR reserves the right to develop and introduce new support opportunities at any time.
• No exhibitor shall sublet, assign or share any part of the space allocated.
