Directions to the Pennsylvania Convention Center From the east: Take I-676 west over the Benjamin Franklin Bridge and follow signs to Route 611/PA Convention Center onto Vine Street. Turn left onto 12th Street.* From the west: Take I-76 east to exit 344 (I-676 east). Follow signs for Central Philadelphia. Take the second exit (Broad Street/Route 611) onto Vine Street.
