Due to the size of the ISSCR Annual Meeting, sessions are sometimes spread out and distances between sessions can be considerable. If you are a regular wheelchair-user you should bring your chair with you.

If you need a wheelchair while onsite at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center, please go to Guest Services of the convention center, located in the North Lobby by the entrance. There is a limited number of wheelchairs available. They will be at a first come, first serve basis.
Assistive Listening Devices
A limited number of assistive listening devices will be available. There is no charge for the use of these devices, available on a first-come, first-served basis. This technology generally involves the installation of “transmitters” in the session you wish to attend. Sound is transmitted to headphones provided to the attendees. Arrangements can be made onsite, but keep in mind that a 3-week advance notice is required in order to provide technicians with sufficient time to install the devices.
ISSCR is diligent about handling food allergies for all ISSCR events. Onsite, all food is labeled by the facility to provide attendees with potential allergens. Approximately three (3) weeks before the meeting, ISSCR will email all those who registered for events in which food will be provided to determine/confirm any food allergies. Please email email@example.com for more information or to ask specific questions regarding needs required for your allergy.
