Q: If I registered for the in-person ISSCR 2020 Annual Meeting and will now attend the Virtual Meeting, will I be refunded the difference in registration fees?
A: Yes, you can receive a refund in the form of your original payment for the difference. You should have received an email with instructions on the simple steps to take. Refunds will be processed in 30 days.
Q: If I registered for the in-person ISSCR 2020 Annual Meeting and I am no longer able to attend the ISSCR 2020 Virtual Meeting, can I receive a refund?
A: Yes, you can receive a refund in the form of your original payment. You should have received an email that provides instructions on the simple steps to take. The refund will be less a reduced cancellation fee of $25.00. Refunds will be processed in 30 days.
Q: If I submitted an abstract and now an unable to attend the ISSCR 2020 Virtual Annual Meeting, will I receive a refund?
A: Consistent with long standing policies of the Society, the submission fee for abstracts cannot be refunded.
Q: I noticed that the late-breaking abstract submission (for poster consideration only) was reopened and the fee was lowered to $75.00. I submitted a late-breaking abstract prior to this reduction in submission fee. Will I receive a refund for the difference?
A: Yes, the ISSCR will provide a refund in the original payment form for the difference. Refunds will be processed automatically in 30 days. You don't need to take any steps to apply for the refund.
