Exhibitor Opportunities

Showcase your brand and research to an audience looking for the latest and greatest technologies and new discoveries. The Exhibit Hall is a global marketplace where you can connect with decision-makers and influencers from around the world. The ISSCR has designed the Exhibit Hall to ensure that attendees and exhibitors can network and exchange information effectively and efficiently. 

Exhibit Hall Attractions include:

  • Over 1,500 poster presentations
  • Opening reception
  • One refreshment break held each afternoon on the Exhibit Floor
  • Centralized on-floor networking areas including
    • ISSCR Central: includes charging stations and seating area for networking
    • Meet Up Hubs: Lounge areas for topic - focused networking sessions (reservations available)
    • Job Match Lounge: Job seekers and employers meet up for interviews

Exhibit Hours:

  • Wednesday, 24 June 15:15 - 20:30
  • Thursday, 25 June 11:00 - 17:00
  • Friday, 26 June 11:00 - 17:00
  • Saturday, 27 June 11:00 - 16:00

Exhibit Stand Fees:

  • In Line 10 ft. x 10 ft. booth: $4,245 / Each
  • Corner 10 ft. x 10 ft. booth: $4,645 / Each

 

Start-Up Pavilions

The Start-Up Pavilion offers the opportunity for new companies and labs to interact with a global audience for a more nominal investment.

Fee: $1,925 USD

The Start Up Pavilion is limited to only ten (10) kiosks. Kiosks for the pavilion include:

• Backwall Customized with Your Company Logo
• Lockable Storage Counter
• Two Standard Black Stools
• One Wastebasket

To be eligible an organization must meet the following criteria:

  • Established in 2015 or later
  • Mergers, acquisitions, or name changes do not qualify
  • First-time exhibitors at ISSCR Annual Meeting
  • May only participate once in Start Up Pavilion
