Warning! onPeak is the only official hotel provider associated with the ISSCR 2020 Annual Meeting. We have received reports that other companies are posing as official travel vendors for the ISSCR 2020 Annual Meeting and may contact you offering hotels for your trip. They are not endorsed by or affiliated with the meeting and entering into financial agreements with such companies can have costly consequences.

Entering into financial agreements with these companies can have costly consequences and are not protected by event management.
All sessions and workshops will be held at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center.

View Parking and Transit information to the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center. Hotel to Boston Convention and Exhibition Center shuttle service will not be available.
Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) is approximately 3.1 miles and about 10 minutes from the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center. Please note that traffic can be heavy at various times of the day so please allow yourself some extra travel time.
There are many options to travel into the city from Boston, including public transportation, taxi cabs, ride share services such as Uber or Lyft, and multiple shared van/shuttle services. Learn more about your options on the Massport website.
For those traveling from Boston Logan International Airport, MBTA offers a complimentary transfer from the airport to the Seaport/World Trade Center Stop (across the street from the BCEC) on the Silver Line Bus Rapid Transit. You can also take the Silver Line Bus Rapid Transit back to the airport for only $2.75 USD (price subject to change). For more information, please click here.

ISSCR recommends international attendees to review the U.S. visa requirements before traveling. If applicable, we recommend completing the visa application process at least 3 months in advance of your travel dates.
Official Letter of Invitation
ISSCR issues Official Letters of Invitation AFTER participants register and pay to attend the annual meeting only. Attendees receive a link to download a digital Letter of Invitation in their confirmation email. The invitation letter will only be sent to participants who have paid their registration fees in full.
