Late Breaking Abstract poster presenter notifications will be sent out 28 April, 2021.
By 21 April: Register for ISSCR 2021.
Upload your headshot picture (jpg format preferred) and a brief biography (100-150 words) for the Speaker Directory.
Create your 8 minute presentation in a 16:9 format. You will present while sharing your screen and have an additional two minutes to answer questions moderated by the session chair.
Slide animations, videos, and use of the cursor as your pointer may be employed.
Practice to ensure you adhere to the 8 minute talk length.
Speaker training signups will be sent in mid May.

Accept presentation notification and register for ISSCR 2021 Annual Meeting:
By 21 April for Deadline 1;
By 6 May for Late Breaking Abstracts.
Create your poster to present your research or clinical project:
At ISSCR 2021 Annual Meeting you can submit your poster as a traditional one-page poster (must be submitted as a JPG), or you can submit a recording of a short slide presentation with an optional audio tour (must be saved as an MP4 and hosted on Wistia, YouTube, or Vimeo). The recorded presentation is limited to five minutes. Your poster may be viewed by attendees who cannot visit your poster session, or by attendees before they visit your poster session.
After you attend a poster training session, you will be able to upload your JPG or video link to the ISSCR 2021 Annual Meeting platform.
Upload your JPG or video link by 14 June. After this time no changes or edits can be made. Attendees will be able to access the meeting platform on 4 June and will be able to view posters that are uploaded in advance of the meeting.
