We look forward to your presentation at ISSCR 2022. To provide the best experience possible, review this page to help you prepare your presentation and know what to expect during the meeting. Session Chairs, moderators, and panelists will find these details helpful in planning. Direct any speaker questions to your session liaison or Liz Weislogel lweislogel@isscr.org
Before Meeting
Get Ready for the Meeting
- Become an ISSCR member
- Complete your meeting registration (complimentary for invited speakers.)
- Review our COVID vaccine, testing and mask requirements and upload your proof of vaccination here. Masks are not required while presenting.
- Download and review the Presenter Information Guide.
Complete Your Speaker Tasks
Use the ISSCR 2022 Presenter Portal to input or update items needed for the meeting. The link and your log-in credentials have been sent directly to you. Contact Liz Weislogel if you need them.
- Past due: Verify your primary affiliation program listing, upload a photo and a short biography and complete the Speaker agreement,
- Past due: Invited Speakers: complete your talk title, and abstract.
- Before the meeting: Create your presentation.
- Before 12 June: Upload your presentation to the Presenter Portal.
Create Your Presentation
When creating your presentation, please keep in mind the following:
- Details included in the Presenter Information Guide.
- Create slides in 16:9 format. You may use any file type, such as Keynote, PowerPoint, or PDF.
- Include your title slide as slide 1, include a listing of any disclosures as slide 2.
- Practice your presentation to ensure you adhere to the assigned talk length and have a smooth presentation.
- Your Presentation Date and Time has been shared by email. Contact your session liaison or Liz Weislogel with any questions.
Onsite
- All in-person presentations must be reviewed and checked in the Speaker Ready Room.
- Plenary presenters must attend a short 5-10 minute rehearsal before their session. Your presentation can be checked during these times.

Abstracts selected for poster or oral presentation are embargoed from the time of submission until the time of presentation. Abstract content may not be announced, publicized, or distributed before the presentation date and time in any way including blogging and tweeting. ISSCR does permit promotion of general topics, speakers, or presentation times.
This embargo policy applies to all formats of abstract publication, including abstracts in electronic or print version of Annual Meeting Program Book and Poster Abstract Book, online via the Program Planner and Poster Abstract pdf, Society’s website(s), and other presentations.
