Registration for the Madison 2022 International Symposium is open!
The symposium will be held in Madison, USA 21-23 September 2022, and attendees can choose to participate in-person or virtually. Please select the registration that best suits your preferred way to attend.
For in-person participation, proof of vaccination will be required to attend. Details regarding the collection of verification will be provided closer to the event date. Attendees will be required to wear a mask while in the meeting venue and/or at any ISSCR-sponsored social events, except while eating and drinking. the ISSCR remains committed to the health and safety of our presenters, attendees, and staff and will follow all COVID-19 protocols of the venue, our host city, and public health recommendations.

Code of Conduct for ISSCR Meetings
The ISSCR is committed to providing a safe and productive meeting environment that fosters open dialogue and discussion and the exchange of scientific ideas, while promoting respect and equal treatment for all participants, free of harassment and discrimination.
All participants are expected to treat others with respect and consideration, follow venue rules, and alert staff or security, if at an onsite meeting, of any dangerous situations or anyone in distress. Attendees are expected to uphold standards of scientific integrity and professional ethics.
These policies comprise the Code of Conduct for ISSCR Meetings and apply to all attendees, speakers, exhibitors, staff, contractors, volunteers, and guests at the meeting and related events.
ISSCR prohibits any form of harassment, sexual or otherwise. Incidents should immediately be reported to ISSCR meetings staff at ISSCR@isscr.org.
By registering for this meeting, you agree to ISSCR’s Recording Policy. The ISSCR strictly prohibits the recording (photographic, screen capture, audio and/or video), copying or downloading of scientific results from the sessions, presentations and/or posters at the ISSCR 2022 Boston International Symposium. Media Embargo: Intent to communicate or disseminate results or discussion presented at the meeting is prohibited until the start of each individual presentation. Media inquiries related to registration, speakers, or the program should be directed to email@example.com.
Abstract content may not be announced, publicized, or distributed before the presentation date and time in any way including blogging and tweeting. ISSCR does not permit promotion of general topics, speakers, or presentation times. This embargo policy applies to all formats of abstract publication – including abstracts in electronic version of the Boston International Symposium Program and Abstract Book.
Meeting Attendee Communication Policy
Still photography, video and/or audio taping of the sessions, presentations and posters at the Boston International Symposium is strictly prohibited. Intent to communicate and disseminate results of discussion presented at the meeting is prohibited until the start of each individual presentation.
By registering for the meeting, attendees agree that their image or recording may be used by the ISSCR in future promotional pieces. For related questions please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation deadline: 15 October 2022
To cancel in-person registration, submit your request in writing by 15 October 2022 to email@example.com. Registration fees will be refunded minus a $150.00 USD cancellation fee. You may also transfer your in-person registration to virtual for no fee through 15 October 2022. No refunds will be granted after the cancellation deadline of 15 October 2022.
If the 2022 Boston International Symposium transitions to a fully virtual event, registration will automatically be transferred to a virtual registration and the price difference will be refunded based on the time of registration. Should a registrant choose not to attend the fully virtual event, the registrant is eligible to request a full refund of the registration up until 15 October 2022. After that time, all previously stated cancellation policies will apply.
If the event is transferred to a virtual event or cancelled in its entirety, ISSCR's responsibility is limited to only the registration fees paid. ISSCR is not responsible for other expenses incurred such as airfare and hotel accommodations.
