We have compiled resources to enhance the experience of speakers, session chairs, and poster presenters at the Tokyo International Symposium. If you have additional questions please contact the Congress Secretariat of the 2021 Tokyo International Symposium at tis2021@congre.co.jp.

Speakers and Session Chairs

New Information: Presenters will use Zoom to give their talks for this virtual meeting. Each presenter will receive a calendar invitation that contains the day, time, and a specific link to access Zoom for the session. A speaker will receive a specific calendar invitation and Zoom link for EACH session in which he or she is participating. This information will be shared on 22 October 2021.

The meeting will be run on the OnAir virtual event platform. Links to this access the meeting platform also will be shared with presenters, so that they can access the meeting as attendees when not giving their talk. Meeting organizers encourage all speakers and session chairs to take part in the meeting by visiting posters and the exhibit hall and attending sessions and networking events in order to facilitate opportunities for global scientific exchange.
