Stem Cells, Cell Therapies, and Bioengineering in Lung Biology and Diseases


STEM CELL CONFERENCE – July 12-15, 2021:  The University of Vermont Larner College of Medicine in Burlington, Vermont is pleased to present our biennial international workshop “Stem Cells, Cell Therapies, and Bioengineering in Lung Biology and Diseases”, which will be held virtually this year. The goal of the conference is to provide a comprehensive overview with focus towards how advances in stem cell, cell therapy, and lung bioengineering research can be applied to lung biology and diseases.

OUTSTANDING ABSTRACT ACHIEVEMENT PRESENTATION AWARDS will be selected based on abstracts submitted by the March 29, 2021 deadline by Junior Investigators and Trainees. The top abstracts will be selected through blinded review by the awards committee for presentation in 15-minute time slots during the conference. Included among these Oral Presentation Awards will be two awards specifically presented to support participation of women, under-represented minority individuals and/or researchers with disabilities. Registration fees will be waived for Award winners.
