Nominate for ISSCR Awards and Leadership Positions

  • 22 August, 2019
The ISSCR is soliciting nominations to honor exceptional and innovative research and support for young scientists and the future of the field, through its extensive awards program.

The society is excited to announce two new awards:

  • The ISSCR Achievement Award, which recognizes the transformative body of work of an investigator that has had a major impact on the field of stem cell research or regenerative medicine; and
  • The ISSCR Momentum Award, which recognizes the exceptional achievements of an investigator whose innovative research has established a major area of stem cell-related research with a strong trajectory for future success.

Nominations are being accepted for these two new awards along with the ISSCR Dr. Susan Lim Award for Outstanding Young Investigator and the ISSCR Tobias Award Lecture. The list of awards includes application criteria and information about the nomination process. Members are invited to submit potential candidates by 27 September, 2019 to Glori Rosenson.

Nominiations are also open for the ISSCR board of directors. If you or someone you know is a good candidate for a position on the board, please email CEO Nancy Witty by 15 September, 2019. Nominations can be made by all current ISSCR members, and eligible candidates will be reviewed by the ISSCR Nominating Committee
