Organizer Description: Organoids Are Us brings basic and clinical organoid research together in one programme. The speakers come from stem-cell and developmental biology, cancer research, bioengineering and the clinic, and the ten sessions run from the gut and mechanobiology to the immune system, the brain and the early embryo. What ties them together is an interest in the work as it happens: new results, open questions and the craft of building a model that others can trust. The 2027 edition takes place in Utrecht, the Netherlands, in the Beatrix Theatre in the centre of the city.
