Organizer Description: This workshop provides hands-on and theoretical training in gene-editing technologies for human pluripotent stem cells. It will cover the complete gene editing workflow, including:

• Project design

• Transfection of human pluripotent stem cells (hPSCs)

• Analysis of edited cell pools

• Clonal isolation

• Picking, passaging, and freezing clones in 96-well plates

• Screening and genotype confirmation

• Quality control of final clones
