Advances in Studying Genetic Variation at Scale in Stem Cell Models

Advances in Studying Genetic Variation at Scale in Stem Cell Models

An ISSCR Digital Webinar.

Program Description: This webinar highlights research studying genetic variation at an unprecedented scale with stem cell models. Presentations will outline the broad concept of multiplexed assays of variant effect (MAVE), discuss the obstacles to bridging MAVEs with stem cell models, and share recent advances in this space. This webinar will also explore how studies of genetic variation in stem cell models can inform mechanisms of disease, fate decisions in developmental biology, and clinical variant interpretation.

The webinar will take place on 12 December 2023 at 11:00 a.m.-12:30p.m. EST
